EM720 New Version

The EM720 ExpertMeter has been updated to version v26.01.24, with the following features and improvements:

1. Dual mode with transformer loss calculation - simultaneous normal and compensated power and energies
2. Changed billing profile recording logic:
   - Monthly record time-stamps indicate present month's time instead of the previous month's end time
   - A starting reference record with current register readings is recorded to a file in case of an empty profile file
3. Improved compatibility of the cellular network for LTE networks
4. IEC 61850 protocol enhancement and fixes
